*    How do I become a VCYB manager or coach ?    
          Volunteer managers and coaches are always wlecome.  Contact President Sharlee Villa at 643-3908 if you are interested
          in becoming a manager or coach in any division.

*    If I want to be a manager or coach when do I need to signup ?  
          Managers and coaches need to signup by January 10.

*  How does VCYB pick the division teams ?
         In the Shetland and Pinto divisions, managers will pick the teams.  Because these are instructional divisions, a player
         draft will not be used. 
         In the Mustang, Bronco and Pony divisions, a player draft will be used to select teams.  This is why managers and   
         coaches need to signup early and all players in these divsions attend mandatory tryouts.
